Transport & Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics & Freight

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Transport & Warehouse Supervisor to keep our fast‑paced logistics operations running smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for drivers, customers and the wider team, ensuring efficient routing, accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assign drivers and vans, design cost‑effective daily routes and manage resource planning.
• Prepare all delivery paperwork in Excel and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor driver routes, update customers with ETA’s using tracking systems such as FedEx, DHL and UPS.
• Generate invoices through the internal invoicing system.
• Serve as the primary communication hub for customers, drivers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Flexible attitude, willing to assist with loading and unloading when needed.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using FedEx, DHL and UPS tracking platforms.
• ADR training (desirable).
• Forklift certification (desirable).
