Key responsibilities

• Provide expert travel advice and tailor-made itineraries for clients.
• Manage bookings, reservations and travel documentation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, suppliers and industry trends.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during and after travel.
