Travel Sales Specialist – Egypt (UK based)

About the role

Audley Travel is looking for a Travel Sales Specialist to join its UK offices and focus on creating unforgettable Egyptian holidays. You will combine your love of travel with strong sales and customer‑service skills to guide clients from their first enquiry to a memorable return trip.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sell personalised, bespoke itineraries to Egypt, tailoring each trip to the client’s interests and budget.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while building long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide end‑to‑end client support, from initial contact through post‑trip follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and detailed itinerary documentation.
• Participate in a 2‑4 week familiarisation trip to Egypt to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for travel and for inspiring others to explore the world.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for educating clients about destinations and answering itinerary questions.
