Treasury Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established, growing organisation that needs a Treasury Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers broad exposure to cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking operations and treasury projects in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity requirements.
• Prepare short‑ and medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Produce cash reporting and variance analysis.
• Process treasury payments via banking platforms and complete bank reconciliations.
• Support month‑end treasury activities and bank account administration.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receivable to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with treasury controls, compliance and audit requests.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Treasury, Cash Management or Treasury Operations.
• Strong understanding of cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Experience processing payments and using banking platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• ACT, ACCA or CIMA studies are beneficial but not essential.
