Treasury Analyst – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in London. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to develop expertise in cash management, banking operations and Treasury Management Systems within a dynamic organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and produce short‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Support liquidity management and optimise cash balances across multiple bank accounts.
• Process treasury transactions such as payments, inter‑company funding and bank transfers.
• Maintain and enhance the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring data accuracy.
• Administer bank accounts, mandates, signatory lists and user access in line with governance.
• Liaise with banking partners for account maintenance, KYC requests and documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support banking relationship management.
• Assist with foreign‑exchange transactions and treasury‑related projects.
• Prepare treasury and financial reports for month‑end and year‑end, providing analysis for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls and banking regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in treasury, cash management or related finance roles.
• Hands‑on experience with a Treasury Management System (e.g., Kyriba, FIS Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury).
• Experience managing bank mandates, account administration and KYC documentation.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting and treasury operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to produce financial reports.
• Excellent analytical attention to detail and communication skills.
