Trunk Show Events Manager

About the role

We are seeking a fashion‑forward, highly organised Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of luxury menswear trunk shows in London and key international markets. The role combines client‑experience excellence with end‑to‑end event delivery for a high‑profile retail brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver trunk shows from concept through venue selection, logistics and scheduling.
• Own the full client journey, ensuring premium, seamless interactions for ultra‑high‑net‑worth customers.
• Drive sales by building relationships with high‑profile clientele and presenting the brand’s collections.
• Manage event budgets, track costs and provide post‑event analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate international logistics, including shipping of materials, travel arrangements and on‑site setup.
• Lead on‑site execution, overseeing staffing, operations and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth follow‑ups, payments and client communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing luxury trunk shows or high‑end retail events.
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable engaging with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and delivering premium service.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using POS tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
