Trust Accountant – High Profile Private Client Team

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Trust Accountant to join our highly regarded Private Client team. You will work with prestigious individuals, families and businesses across the South‑East and London, handling complex trust structures and diverse portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare trust and estate accounts, financial statements and tax returns.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth trust clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Advise on trust structures, tax planning and related financial matters.
• Liaise with solicitors, investment managers and beneficiaries.
• Support partners on complex assignments and client meetings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislation affecting trusts and estates.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part‑qualified, or equivalent trust accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of trust and estate accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Ambition to progress and work with leading regional clients.
