TV Screen Installer / Field Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled TV Screen Installer / Field Engineer to join a two‑person team delivering commercial TV installations across the South East of England. The role involves travelling to client sites, mounting screens, and ensuring AV systems operate flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Install and wall‑mount TV screens in commercial environments.
• Use power tools, fixings, brackets and route cables safely.
• Drive a company van to customer sites on a national basis.
• Follow detailed rollout schedules and coordinate with other contractors.
• Set up, test and commission AV/TV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults as needed.
• Complete on‑site paperwork to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Practical, hands‑on experience with tools and wall fixings.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a van.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and quick decision‑making.
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Reliable, organised, punctual and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Power‑tool operation (drills, fixings, brackets).
• Cable routing and management.
• AV/TV system setup and testing.
