About the role

Our client, a leading technology and communications provider, is seeking a DV‑cleared Cisco Voice & Video Collaboration Specialist to join a high‑performing secure‑technology design practice. Based in Bristol, you will work on mission‑critical UCC solutions for government and defence customers, ensuring they meet strict security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Cisco‑based Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solutions.
• Produce detailed solution designs, manage design‑governance activities and ensure seamless integration across complex technology landscapes.
• Support migration planning, impact assessments, service improvements and complex troubleshooting.
• Contribute to strategic bids, customer engagements and technical leadership within the design team.
• Mentor colleagues and champion best‑practice design standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, delivering and supporting complex Cisco voice and video collaboration environments.
• Background working in highly secure, regulated environments (government/defence).
• Active DV security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
