UI/UX Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital team and help shape user‑centred digital experiences across websites and online services. This hybrid role combines graphic design, UI/UX strategy and customer‑experience thinking to create intuitive, engaging products.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly digital interfaces for websites and online services.
• Identify pain points in customer journeys and propose effective improvements.
• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to uncover user needs.
• Produce personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Analyse behaviour data, feedback and website metrics to drive optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver customer‑focused projects.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops to solve user challenges.
• Support the evolution of customer‑centred design practices across the organisation.
• Work with CMS and CRM platforms to enhance digital services.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £38,000‑£42,000 per year plus performance bonus.
