Underfloor Heating Sales Manager

About the role

Join City Plumbing as an Underfloor Heating Sales Manager and become the face of our brand for trade professionals and DIY customers. You will drive revenue by building strong partnerships, delivering expert product advice, and converting enquiries into high‑value projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with engineers, installers and trade partners.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, follow up on quotes and close deals.
• Provide technical product guidance, upsell where appropriate and ensure customers have everything needed for a perfect installation.
• Collaborate with the wider Highbourne Group sales teams to achieve regional targets.
• Maintain accurate sales data and keep CRM systems up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable with inbound enquiries and proactive outbound calls.
• Customer‑obsessed, resilient and able to handle objections in a target‑driven environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information.
• Valid UK clean driving licence and access to a car.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of CAD design (preferred, training provided).
