Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanic – Corporate Aviation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanic to join a leading corporate aviation organisation in Luton. You will work within a high‑performing maintenance team, supporting both line and base maintenance on business jet aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and assist with aircraft maintenance tasks in line with approvals and experience.
• Support line and base maintenance activities on business jets.
• Ensure all work complies with Part 145 regulations and approved data.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records.
• Assist with maintenance planning, tool control, and calibration requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the hangar.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience on business jets / corporate aircraft is essential.
• Preferably experienced on Bombardier aircraft types.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and operational demands.

• Salary up to £44,461 basic plus £3,500 shift allowance.
