About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers in secondary schools across Sefton, including Southport, Formby, Crosby, Maghull and Litherland. This position offers flexible daily supply, long‑term and full‑time opportunities starting in September.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons prepared by qualified teaching staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students across a range of curriculum subjects during teacher absence.
- Gain valuable experience within local secondary schools.
- Build confidence in classroom leadership.
Required profile
- Graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, performing‑arts professionals, team leaders or retired teachers.
- Enthusiastic about working with young people and supporting education.
- Available to work flexible hours and cover teacher absences.
