US Liquidity Reporting Analyst

About the role

Barclays is seeking a US Liquidity Reporting Analyst to support the accurate and timely submission of liquidity reports for internal management and external regulatory purposes. You will work within the Treasury function, contributing to strategic projects, risk remediation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit liquidity and regulatory reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
• Assist with Treasury initiatives, risk issue remediation and propose system or process enhancements.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal policies.
• Support change‑management processes for regulatory reporting, collaborating with risk and technology teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate prudential regulatory reporting risks.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audit internal controls and implement improvements.
• Analyse regulatory data, present insights and support decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver training programmes on regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, respond to inquiries and provide required information.

Required profile

• Strong balance‑sheet and finance knowledge with a solid grasp of control governance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven analytical mindset and business acumen.
