US Service Supervisor – Park Place at 92nd

About the role

The US Service Supervisor at Park Place at 92nd is responsible for ensuring that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory duties to support resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine maintenance issues in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, ordering supplies as needed while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.
• Assist the Community Manager with various operational duties as required.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical or technical defects and perform repairs safely.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready procedures and coordinating vendors.
• Capability to develop and uphold cleanliness and appearance standards for residential communities.
• Strong inspection skills for evaluating work of staff and contractors.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and order supplies within budget.
