US & UK Private Client Tax Senior – Hybrid Working

About the role

Join a highly regarded specialist tax advisory firm as a US & UK Private Client Tax Senior. Working in a collaborative London team, you will manage a portfolio of internationally mobile individuals, delivering both UK and US tax compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of private clients with UK and US tax obligations.
• Prepare and review UK Self Assessment returns and US Federal tax returns, including Forms 5471 and related international reporting.
• Advise clients on cross‑border tax matters and support them through HMRC and IRS interactions.
• Liaise directly with tax authorities to resolve queries.
• Support partners and senior colleagues on private client advisory projects.
• Build long‑term client relationships while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK & US private client tax.
• Background in an accountancy or specialist tax practice serving private individuals.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to develop trusted client relationships.
• ATT qualification is advantageous; study support is available.
