Used Car Sales Advisor – West London

About the role

Join our West London dealership as a Used Car Sales Advisor, where you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the right pre‑owned vehicle. You will work in a dynamic, commission‑driven environment with a clear OTE of £60k.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable used cars.
• Negotiate pricing and finance options to close sales while meeting targets.
• Prepare and process all sales documentation accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain the showroom presentation and ensure vehicles are road‑ready.
• Generate and follow up on leads, both inbound and outbound.
• Collaborate with the service and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in automotive sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for cars.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
