Used Car Sales Manager – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our Bristol dealership team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing profit and loss, and maintaining strong manufacturer relationships within a franchised dealer group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the used‑car sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Manage the P&L for the used‑car department, implementing cost‑control measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and key partners.
• Set high standards for sales processes and ensure team compliance.
• Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar role within a franchised dealer group.
• Strong people‑management and motivational abilities.
• Stable career progression with a logical CV.
• Experience handling P&L responsibilities and cost control.
