About the role
The Recruitment Solution is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for a well‑established dealership in Bromley. You will lead a sales team, drive revenue, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across the used‑vehicle portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise used‑car sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback.

- Proven track record in a similar role within a franchised dealer group.
- Strong people‑management and motivational abilities.
- Stable career progression with logical advancement.
- High personal standards and the ability to set expectations for the team.
