US/UK Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a US/UK Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Client team in London. This senior position offers the chance to lead a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and families, providing both compliance and advisory services across complex cross‑border tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex US and UK private clients.
• Oversee preparation and review of US and UK personal tax returns.
• Advise clients on residency, domicile, international mobility, estate planning and wealth structuring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional advisors.
• Lead and mentor Managers, Assistant Managers and junior team members.
• Support Partners and Directors on complex advisory assignments.
• Identify planning opportunities and deliver value‑added advice.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client acquisition.

Required profile

• Significant experience in US and UK private client tax.
• Demonstrable dual‑handling experience covering both US and UK personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Strong technical knowledge of issues affecting US citizens living abroad and internationally mobile individuals.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and lead engagement teams.
