Utility Surveyor

About the role
This hybrid Utility Surveyor position covers the Central Belt of Scotland, with a base in Glasgow or surrounding towns such as Motherwell, Cumbernauld, Dumbarton, Airdrie, Carluke, Livingston and Falkirk. The role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits while working with a market‑leading land surveyor.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out utility surveys across a variety of sites.
- Operate Ground Penetrating Radar and other specialist equipment.
- Download, process and interpret survey data.
- Produce accurate CAD drawings and final survey deliverables.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Utility Surveyor.
- Good understanding of PAS128 standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
- Utility surveying techniques.
- Ground Penetrating Radar operation.
- CAD drawing production.
- Data processing and interpretation.
- Knowledge of PAS128 standards.
