Valuations Director

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking a senior Valuations Director to lead its London Valuations practice. This role offers genuine ownership of client relationships, people development and business growth, moving beyond pure delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex valuation engagements on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a portfolio of entrepreneurial, high‑growth and corporate clients, acting as a trusted senior adviser.
• Collaborate closely with Partners on project strategy, client development and firm‑wide initiatives.
• Contribute to business development, marketing and the evolution of the valuation proposition.
• Mentor, develop and lead teams within the London Valuations practice.
• Maintain rigorous quality, risk and commercial management standards.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level valuation experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical grounding across DCF, multiples, options/derivatives, intangible and tax valuations.
• Proven people‑leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements for valuation purposes.
• Comfortable operating autonomously at Director level while collaborating across the firm.
