Valuations Manager

About the role

This is a client‑facing, fast‑paced position within a highly successful lettings team. You will provide realistic property valuations, support landlords and help grow the branch’s business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver realistic valuations for investment properties.
• Set and meet targets for new lettings instructions.
• Maintain fee structures and conversion rates in line with company policy.
• Liaise with landlords, ensuring stock retention throughout the process.
• Upsell additional products to existing and new landlords.
• Prospect for new business using internal tools and systems.
• Assist in business generation to maximise branch opportunities.
• Book valuations, research the market and prepare comparable evidence.
• Follow up on valuations and historical data to maximise instruction opportunities.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings or sales as a valuer.
• Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• Full driving licence.
• Positive and professional attitude.
