Value & Access Lead – Market Access (Temporary)

About the role

This temporary three‑month contract is for a Value & Access Lead who will join a global pharmaceutical company's UK team. The successful candidate will hit the ground running to support early commercialization and market access planning for assigned assets, ensuring patients receive timely national and local access.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for assigned products.
• Create asset commercialization and launch‑readiness plans.
• Contribute to the market access matrix for pre‑launch and in‑market products.
• Define and monitor key market access initiatives and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align brand strategy with access requirements.
• Analyse external customer trends and communicate insights to the business.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical market access, particularly the UK market.
• Proven track record launching new products into HTA or single‑payer environments.
• Strong marketing background with cross‑functional exposure (field sales, finance, analytics).

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK health technology assessment processes.
• Ability to develop innovative patient‑access solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively across matrix organisations.
