Van Driver – Delivery

About the role

The Van Driver will deliver a range of drinks and sundry supplies to licensed establishments across a defined area, ensuring each visit is safe, friendly and on time. You will be responsible for the care of the assigned vehicle and for upholding LWC Drinks' high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the van each day, perform basic maintenance checks and load deliveries safely.
• Follow delivery notes, complete paperwork, collect payments and handle special customer requests.
• Plan routes using run sheets, communicate any stock shortages or delivery issues to customers.
• Return empty cases and gas bottles to the depot and store them correctly.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and pass all required checks to the Distribution Manager.
• Assist in the warehouse when needed and wear the company uniform at all times.

Required profile

• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• Strong safety awareness and reliable driving habits.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday and occasional Saturday shifts (one week in three).
• Willingness to undergo full training for the role.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence appropriate for a van.
