Van Driver / Warehouse Operative (Temp-to-Perm)

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our small team in Avonmouth. The role is a blend of driving and warehouse duties, offering a temp‑to‑perm pathway and a regular early finish on Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Perform approximately 70 % of the time driving a van to complete around three deliveries per day across the Bristol area.
- Load and unload vans safely and efficiently.
- Move and handle stock within the warehouse, supporting general warehouse operations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- Comfortable with manual, physical work.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a small team.
