Vehicle Damage Assessor – Up to £62k – Enfield

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a leading accident‑repair group in Enfield. The role involves evaluating a wide range of vehicle damages, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assess vehicle damage using computerised estimating systems.
• Record estimates on the AUDATEX platform and maintain detailed reports.
• Communicate regularly with bodyshop staff, insurance engineers, and customers to provide updates.
• Liaise with insurance engineers to verify claim details.
• Ensure all assessments meet company standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident‑repair centre.
• Familiarity with AUDATEX estimating software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
