Vehicle Paint Sprayer – Andover

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a reputable independent automotive accident repair centre in Andover. The role involves delivering high‑quality paint finishes on repaired vehicles while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and prime vehicle bodywork to manufacturer and customer specifications.
• Mix and colour‑match paints accurately for perfect colour matching.
• Operate spray equipment to achieve a durable, professional finish on all repaired areas.
• Perform light cosmetic SMART repairs as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, techniques and industry standards.
• Uphold health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Accurately record work in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years’ experience as a vehicle paint sprayer.
• Formal paint‑sprayer qualifications and ATA certification are desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.

• Salary up to £42,000 per annum, with performance‑related bonuses reaching £55,000‑£60,000.
