About the role
We are seeking a Vehicle Prep Technician to join our Exeter dealership team. You will work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, performing high‑quality paintless dent repairs and vehicle preparation to manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect incoming vehicles and assess dents or minor body damage.
- Carry out paintless dent repair using specialised hand tools and techniques.
- Communicate repair progress with colleagues and workshop management.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in dent repair, vehicle body repair or automotive preparation.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with hand tools.
- Knowledge of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) methods.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
