Vehicle Reallocation & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Vehicle Reallocation & Logistics Coordinator will act as the central hub for moving and reallocating vehicles after inspection. Working from the Milton Keynes office, you will ensure that vehicles progress smoothly through each stage, meeting operational targets and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review inspection outcomes and move vehicles to the appropriate next stage.
• Plan and coordinate collections, deliveries and internal movements in line with service level agreements.
• Record and process all incoming and outgoing vehicles in operational systems.
• Book repairs, monitor completion dates and escalate any delays.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, repairs, inspections and reallocations.
• Provide visibility of vehicle status to internal teams and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience in fleet management, vehicle logistics or automotive operations is desirable.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating vehicle inspections, repairs and supplier activities.
