About the role

Our client, a specialised performance‑car dealership near Woking, is looking for a Vehicle Sourcing Specialist to locate and acquire high‑performance and prestige vehicles across the UK. You will be central to maintaining the dealership’s exclusive inventory and reputation for quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure high‑end performance and luxury vehicles from private sellers, trade contacts and other sources.
• Inspect vehicles, verify condition, assess market value and ensure they meet dealership standards.
• Arrange safe transportation and collection of vehicles nationwide.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and availability within the performance‑vehicle sector.
• Collaborate with sales teams to keep inventory profitable and well‑stocked.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vehicle buying or sourcing within the motor trade.
• Strong knowledge of the prestige and performance vehicle market.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence and genuine passion for high‑end performance cars.
