Vehicle Technician – Banbury (Main Dealer)

About the role

A high‑performing main dealership in Banbury is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician (time‑served or Level 2/3) to join its busy workshop. The role offers strong earning potential, consistent work and a supportive team environment in a modern, well‑equipped site.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair vehicles, including cambelt and head‑gasket work.
• Complete repairs efficiently to a high standard.
• Carry out vehicle health checks (VHCs).
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and safety standards.
• Accurately complete job cards and related documentation.
• Support the workshop team in meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent time‑served experience.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• MOT licence desirable but not essential.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
