About the role
Join Sytner Worcester as a Vehicle Technician specialising in BMW. You will work in a modern, safety‑focused workshop delivering high‑quality repairs and servicing for a premium brand.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and service BMW vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
- Complete jobs within allocated timescales while adhering to Sytner processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining work performed and recommendations.
Required profile
- Level 3 industry‑recognised automotive qualification.
- Experience working in a franchised dealership environment.
- Motivated, dedicated and highly organised with a strong work ethic.
