Vehicle Technician – Diagnostic Repairs

About the role

We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician for a busy dealership in Indian Queens. The role is based in a modern workshop and offers the chance to work on a wide range of vehicles, focusing on diagnostic and repair work.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out heavy diagnostic repairs and fault finding on various vehicle makes.
• Perform routine servicing and repair tasks to manufacturer standards.
• Assist with MOT testing where required.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably with a diagnostic focus.
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance NVQ qualification (essential).
• MOT licence desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
