Vehicle Technician – Full‑time in Yeovil

About the role
Silcom Recruitment is supporting a valued client in Yeovil to hire a skilled Vehicle Technician. The role is part of a growing franchise offering bonus opportunities and company benefits, with positions available at various levels.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose faults and perform vehicle health checks to identify additional work.
- Complete all work efficiently, to a high standard, and document it accurately.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a dealership or independent garage is advantageous.

What we offer
- Salary up to £32,000 basic with bonus, £36,000 OTE.
- Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00‑12:30.
