Vehicle Technician – Full‑time, No Weekends

About the role

Our client, a reputable main dealer in Huddersfield, is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team. The role offers a stable, full‑time position with regular Monday‑to‑Friday hours and excellent career progression within a long‑standing automotive group.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle repairs and routine servicing to DVSA standards.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic checks and identify faults.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, tear and safety issues.
• Explain repairs and recommendations to customers, ensuring high service quality.

Required profile

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own set of professional tools.
• Commitment to delivering quality work and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Vehicle repair procedures.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £39,000 with OTE of £42,570.
• No weekend working – Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm (42.5 h/week).
