Vehicle Technician – Full‑time – £42k‑£45k

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Technician to join our state‑of‑the‑art workshop in Chingford. You will work within a main‑dealer environment, delivering high‑quality inspections, servicing and repairs to a range of vehicles while adhering to manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle inspections, service routines and scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs using approved procedures.
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate service records in line with dealer and manufacturer guidelines.
• Support the workshop team in delivering a safe and efficient work environment.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent automotive qualification.
• Experience as a service technician, preferably within a main‑dealer setting.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• MOT testing qualification is desirable but not essential.
