Vehicle Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an award‑winning, independent prestige garage in High Wycombe. The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, Monday‑to‑Friday hours and a supportive, close‑knit team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing and checks efficiently.
• Perform diagnostics to accurately identify issues.
• Carry out repairs on luxury and prestige vehicles.
• Undertake road tests to confirm roadworthiness.
• Ensure all work follows company guidelines and industry standards.
• Provide technical advice and support to colleagues.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence (MOT licence advantageous, training available).
• Confidence in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues.
• Experience with prestige or luxury vehicle brands is beneficial.
• Proactive team player willing to support colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical procedures accurately.
