Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – £40k-£50k, High‑End Workshop

About the role

This full‑time, days‑based position is based in a newly renovated, high‑end workshop in Andover. You will join a family‑run, industry‑leading company that specialises in the hire, service and repair of a wide range of vehicles, offering expert‑led training and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, inspections and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Carry out technical repairs and, when required, engine rebuilds (training provided).
• Work Monday‑Friday and one Saturday morning every three weeks, with overtime paid.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar mechanical role with solid vehicle servicing knowledge.
• Desire for ongoing training, development and long‑term career progression.
• Motivation to increase earnings through optional overtime.
