Vehicle Technician – Mercedes-Benz (Stevenage)

About the role

Join a busy Mercedes‑Benz dealership in Stevenage as a Vehicle Technician. You will work in a manufacturer‑trained environment, delivering high‑quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs while supporting workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and rectify faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
• Collaborate with workshop and service teams to meet departmental targets.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle, Service or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workshop.
