Vehicle Technician – £40k basic, Mon‑Fri

About the role

Paramount Garage Bluewater is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its busy independent workshop in Greenhithe. You will work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5:30 pm, with no compulsory Saturdays, and have the chance to earn overtime and bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs on cars, vans and motorcycles.
• Diagnose faults and complete repair work, including brakes, suspension and clutches.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out MOT tests where qualified.
• Maintain accurate workshop records and uphold high workmanship standards.
• Support the wider workshop team as needed.

Required profile

• At least four years recent hands‑on garage experience.
• Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with brakes, suspension, clutches and general mechanical systems.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Reliable commute to Greenhithe and a professional approach.
