Vehicle Technician – £45,000 OTE (DOE)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy franchised main dealership in Sittingbourne. The role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models, while maintaining the high standards expected by a leading automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and fault‑finding.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on both conventional and hybrid/EV vehicles.
• Conduct MOT testing where required.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the service team to meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Experience working in a main dealer or independent workshop.
• MOT licence preferred but not essential.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with high workmanship standards.
