Vehicle Technician – £45k+ OTE – Guildford

About the role

Join a fast‑growing dealer group in Guildford as a Vehicle Technician. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop supporting a market‑leading brand, delivering high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Carry out MOT tests and ensure compliance with UK road safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers.
• Utilise personal tools and workshop equipment to complete jobs efficiently.
• Support the workshop team in meeting performance and quality targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician in a mainstream dealership.
• Stable work history with a recognised Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance Qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own set of professional tools.

Required skills

• Vehicle Maintenance Qualification – Level 3.
• MOT licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Strong understanding of UK vehicle safety regulations.
