Vehicle Technician Trainer – Entry Level (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician who wants to move from hands‑on work into training the next generation of automotive technicians. You will deliver technical vehicle maintenance training both online and in a workshop environment for a leading UK automotive learning provider.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver vehicle maintenance training sessions in person and virtually.
• Develop and update course content, integrating new technologies and EV knowledge.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
• Desire to transition from tool‑based work to a teaching role.
• Ability to commute to Milton Keynes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
