Vehicle Trainer – Full Training & Development Provided

About the role

We are seeking an experienced motor‑vehicle technician to transition into a dedicated training position. You will use your hands‑on knowledge of modern trucks and commercial vehicles to design and deliver technical training programmes for dealer networks across the UK and occasional sites in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver practical and theory‑based training sessions on modern vehicle technology.
• Support dealer technicians by improving product knowledge and maintenance skills.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback to enhance technician performance.
• Travel to dealer locations in the UK and, when required, to European sites.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials in line with manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in repair, maintenance or servicing of trucks/commercial vehicles.
• Desire to share knowledge and develop people.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and a valid passport for travel.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern vehicle technology.
• Technical qualification or equivalent experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
