About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fishmonger to join the fresh‑seafood aisle of our store. You will be the face of the department, welcoming customers and ensuring they receive high‑quality service while exploring a wide range of fresh fish products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality customer service and product advice, including recipe suggestions and tastings.
• Prepare and package orders, ensuring accurate labeling and presentation.
• Create and maintain an attractive display, from ice‑covering the fish to arranging tray‑packed products.
• Organize promotional activities, theatrical presentations, and commercial operations to boost sales.
• Work with a diverse selection of fresh, high‑quality seafood in a dynamic team environment.

Required profile

• Availability to work flexible retail hours.
• Strong orientation toward customer service and product knowledge.
• Passion for fresh seafood and willingness to learn about various fish varieties.
