Vending Assistant

About the role

Searcys is seeking a Vending Assistant to join one of its city‑based venues. You will be responsible for keeping coffee stations, soft‑drink fridges and vending machines fully stocked and clean, ensuring a smooth refreshment service for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Daily replenishment of coffee stations with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups, stirrers and related supplies.
• Refill and maintain soft‑drink fridges, rotating stock, checking dates and keeping them presentable.
• Monitor vending machines, track stock levels and alert the Manager when reordering is needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock takes and distribute daily stock.
• Ensure kitchens, fridges and vending equipment are clean, stocked and operational.
• Perform weekly deep cleaning of kitchen areas and vending equipment, including washing machine filters and trays.
• Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues to the Facilities team.

Required profile

• Excellent product knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Strong communication and customer care skills.
• Initiative‑taking and excellent time‑management abilities.
• Supportive team player with strong presentation skills.
