Veterinary Business Manager - Digital Services

About the role

This field‑based position covers Northern England and Scotland, driving the adoption of Royal Canin’s digital recommendation services within veterinary clinics. You will act as the primary contact for digital tools, helping practices integrate technology to improve pet health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit veterinary clinics to use Royal Canin’s digital platforms.
• Promote and drive product recommendations through digital services.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure partners are proficient with the tools.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clinics and hospitals across a large territory.
• Represent the company at 2‑3 key industry events per year, including occasional weekend work.

Required profile

• Currently based in Northern England or Scotland.
• Driven, dynamic and passionate about improving pet health through technology.
• Experience in business development or sales within the veterinary or pet‑care sector.

• Base salary £39,000‑£40,000 per year plus bonus up to £7,000‑£15,000.
