Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in financial services or other heavily regulated industries.
• Proven track record in high‑growth, start‑up environments with agility and adaptability.
• Background in operations, management consulting, continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Leadership experience overseeing large teams and complex processes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable process improvements in complex settings.
