Vice President of Operations – UK

About the role

The Vice President of Operations for the UK will lead the build‑out of FORTÉ Europe, establishing a new London office while integrating regional units into a cohesive, standards‑driven operation. This senior leader will shape strategy, drive profitable growth, and ensure consistent customer experiences across the continent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organic development of a London‑area office and oversee the broader European rollout.
• Develop and execute an approved annual business plan covering bookings, revenue, and operating profit.
• Recruit, hire, and manage the local London team; provide dotted‑line oversight of regional Operations, Service Delivery, and Technical Operations managers.
• Coordinate with European Business Units to define best practices, standards, and resource‑sharing models (PMO, Service Delivery, Sales Enablement).
• Collaborate closely with IT and Finance to meet in‑country compliance requirements and drive ERP‑based business results.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in business and financial planning, with a track record of building profitable, scalable units.
• Demonstrated success leading business units or regions to achieve growth and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Formal leadership training aligned with company culture and values.
• Background in Managed Services leadership and deep knowledge of IT trends shaping the AV industry.
• Strong computer literacy, financial budgeting expertise, and hands‑on experience with IT deployments and service delivery.
